Return Period

After receiving the SIM card, you can return it for a refund within 30 days if it is not activated.

Refund Process:You can contact our service email:contact@topsimcard.com  ,and we will send you our return address. Then you can return the SIM card directly to our US warehouse.

For Packages Already in Use:

For SIM CARD that have already been activated, we will no longer be able to refund you because each SIM card has a unique ID. Once activated, we will not be able to resell it, so please understand.

Customized or Personalized SIM Card Refunds:

Customized or personalized SIM cards may not be eligible for refunds unless there are defects or errors in the customization process.

Exceeding the Refund Deadline:

Customers who exceed the 30-days refund deadline will not be eligible for a refund but may still cancel the service according to the terms of the service agreement.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
